Exactly what I had hoped it wouldn't be,

This screen protector from BoxWave is mediocre at best. It doesn't *really* fit the Canon SD850 very well, more like a general screen protector that happens to fall within the size requirement. I had to very carefully take it off because in the 15 seconds it took me to put it on, dust had already formed behind the sticker. (And that's all it is: a sticker) This of course bent the corner and now it won't stick right.The SD850 already has a scratch coating that is bulletproof in my opinion. Don't waste your money on something you think you need, but really causes more problems than it can fix. On a side note, it comes with great instructions and a neat microfiber cloth, but I didn't buy this protector for those, I wanted to keep my screen from getting scratched. |
