You just started a fitness boxing class at your gym? Well, I did and I felt like I wanted to practice the moves at home. This video showed all the punches and also gave exercises and complete workout. I guess it would be good for those who have the room to hang a punching bag at home too.

I felt like this video was a great introduction to boxing "moves". The host is a woman boxing coach and she explains things pretty well.

This video is useless if you want to do aerobics. If you want to be a boxer, it might be good for that but it really stinks other wise. It's as if someone shot a boring video in their house about how to punch a boxing bag.

I thought this program was helpful in showing me how to use a punching bag to workout and not hurt my wrists. This is not a follow-along workout tape, like a Jane Fonda video, for example. It is more of a step-by-step instruction of all the ways to get into shape using the punching bag, jumprope, etc. Overall, I thought it was a good introduction for people who really intend to use their punching bag.
