stunning b - sides collection which works more evenly than later albums from londons finest bed sit twee indie band - this album is a bringing together of rare and unreleased material includin reworkings of old bsides tracks from both peel and lamacq sessions and a handful of bsides and singles
highligs include the singes pull yourelf together and christian girls but the real charm of herfner is when theyre at there barest with limited music and just darens bittersweet vocals
this album seems much more than a collection of rarities itt works just as perfectly as the fidelity wars had and songs like hello kitten and destroked cowboy falls are equally as brilliant as singles such as the hymns for the alcohol and cigarettes all in all a wonderful album to make u cry and laugh
