5.0 out of 5 stars Great Book!, February 12, 2002
By

This review is from: The Boy in the Alamo (Paperback)
I gave the story 5 stars because what Billy did was brave. Also after all of that trouble Billy did trying to help out in the war. He should get 5 stars, too. The Boy in the Alamo was a great book for all kids and adults in the world. I think everybody should read it. It gives a lot of information on the Alamo and it is kind of like a history book to me. If you like the Alamo, then I think you will like this book a lot! After you read it, you should remember a lot of things from the Alamo. Trust me, if you like the Alamo, you will like The Boy in the Alamo!

5.0 out of 5 stars Mother and son review, October 8, 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: The Boy in the Alamo (Paperback)
My 4th grade son and I loved this book! It's a great read with lots of excitement and emotion. My son read it first and loved it so much I decided I wanted to read it. I had trouble putting it down. It's an absolute must for kids and adults.

4.0 out of 5 stars A 4th Grader Review, February 12, 2002

This review is from: The Boy in the Alamo (Paperback)
The reason I put four stars is because it was sad. Whenever I think of the Boy in the Alamo, I think of my grandfather. My grandfather died in World War 1, so I never met him. Boy in the Alamo was good, my favorite part is when Billy said he'd look for Lupe his whole life.
