This is a wonderful book about what it was like growing up in the London area of England during World War II. Life went on as close to "normal" even though the Germans were bombing the area, then sending V-1 cruise missles and finally V-2 intercontinental rockets towards them. He tells of his experiences when you never could plan that there would be a tomorrow.
