When you read this book you are getting much, much more than the story of one man.
John Boyd thought of himself as the best fighter pilot ever; and Robert Coram's book about him makes me believe that Boyd might have been correct.
The OODA loop being one of his most famous works as well as maneuver warfare which the Marines used to help transform the way they do war.
