My husband decided he did not want to start buying a bunch of artificially sweetened junk when he was diagnosed with diabetes. Instead, he chooses options like Boylan Seltzer. It is much more mild than other seltzer waters we've tried and the orange flavor in particular ALMOST tastes sweet. He loves to drink his straight from the bottle- I like to kick up the orange flavor even more by putting it on the rocks with a squeeze of fresh orange- but either way, it is a refreshing alternative to tap water when you're thirsty and don't want something super-sugary. It might be hard to get kids to drink this without mixing in a little juice, but as a healthy alternative to soda, I fully recommend trying it.
