This is an excellent idea in that the product has decent audio, bass and treble controls, and 4 very convenient USB ports. But the ports are only 1.1, and the item's cost is $50. That's ridiculous. At most this product should be $20.

I have two of these. As a USB hub, it works as you would expect.The sound quality is as good as I would expect. I often use it as a music player / dock for my smart phone - plugging the sound cable into the phone audio port and playing mp3 etc from the phone on the cube speakers.

I loved this thing at first. The sound quality started to go down hill after
2 weeks. The usb hub is useful.
