Works superbly. Great hands free functionality, super clear, eliminates background noise, easy to use. Excellent value.

I would give it zero stars...
I purchased this for my Mom. I should have ordered from Amazon so I could have returned it. The unit we purchased looked new but the box seemed as if it had been opened before. Should have returned it right away to seller. We got the unit hooked up about 1 month after purchase (gave it to my mom as a gift)and it worked ok. Noticed that the battery was not holding a...

I purchased this for my Mom. I should have ordered from Amazon so I could have returned it. The unit we purchased looked new but the box seemed as if it had been opened before. Should have returned it right away to seller. We got the unit hooked up about 1 month after purchase (gave it to my mom as a gift)and it worked ok. Noticed that the battery was not holding a charge for more than about 20 minutes. Unit was working whiles plugged in at that time. Eventually the battery deteriorated to the point that it would not hold a charge at all and when that happened the unit would not function either. Figured I would try to find a new battery for it. HA!!! Battery seems to be made and available only in the UK and/or Australia and costs almost as much as the original unit does. DONT waste your money! Beware, especially if you are not buying from Amazon. At least with their excellent customer service you can probably return or exchange it.
