5.0 out of 5 stars A Rollicking Read
The cowboy mystique still rules in the bar where the boys have much to say about how new money is ruining the old west. This collection of Towler's Denver Post columns covers that topic and a bunch more. From the bittersweet memorial to crazy-dave-the-plumber to thoughts on girlfriends and snapshots of people you might know (Wanda Jane the Hellion, Millie the Life Coach)...

3.0 out of 5 stars Boys at the bar
Entertaining series of essays. It is probably more enjoyable if you only read two or three at a sitting. They do have a tendency to get repetitive. Makes a nice book to have around when you only have fifteen or twenty minutes.

Plus there is more than one laugh on every page. A rollicking read!
