5.0 out of 5 stars the best mouthguard for braces
My son has a narrow jaw and wears braces. We had put off certain sports because of the difficulty of finding a mouthguard that fit, stayed in and didn't gag him. With this mouthguard we finally found our solution. I highly recommend it for children with braces.

1.0 out of 5 stars Don't follow the instructions
The instructions told us to put this in boiling water to make it pliable. We did and the mouth guard turned into a ball of plastic. If you do buy this, don't follow the directions-- you'll destroy the mouthguard.

I bought these mouthguards for my son who has braces and wrestles.I had purchased a set(a different kind)
for 14.95 and they were terrible. They only came with the top and they fell out when he opened his mouth. These are great- they come with a top and a bottom and stay in. I bought one set and they worked so good I ordered a couple more.

Finally, a mouthguard for people woth braces! My son (a goalie) said these fit great (from what I could tell, they do indeed seem to fit nicely!) and aren't huge or anything like that to make them get in the way or fit uncomfortably. I'd buy this product again.

This mouth guard allowed my 16 year old son to continue playing soccer. With his orthodontic appliances other brand mouth guards weren't able to form around his teeth well. Even the very expensive custom versions don't look like they would have worked for him because they have a hard outer form that would get in the way of one of his teeth in back. This mouth guard formed perfectly, seemed to give adequate support and protected his mouth and braces. Another bonus is the low price. And they even included two guards although just one can be reformed as his orthdontic work adjusts his teeth.

5.0 out of 5 stars LOVE IT, October 9, 2010

Just follow the directions & be careful leaving the mouth guard too long in the boiling water. Maybe count like 3-10 seconds.
Then take it out immediately, putting in your mouth so you can form it. IT WAS PERFECT! =) I'm super glad I bought these especially I'm wearing braces. I use it for my mixed martial art classes (jujitsu, boxing, & kickboxing)
Don't hesitate in buying these!Brace Yourself Mouthguards with Carrying Case (for use with Braces)

Great for anyone with braces. Was easy to custom fit and did not stick to braces and cause any damage.
