I was mounting the bracket into mt car vent. I dropped the unit about 18" to the carpeted floor of my vehicle. When landing it broke off one of the tabs that hold it on the vent rendering the unit useless. I would not recommend this product to anyone nor would I purchase the vent product. It's a piece of junk.
