This product does the trick. The price is great compared to the same product in the local retail outlets. It's great for phones and gps systems. I take it with me when I travel and it works great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a mobile/gps holder.

Doesn't stay on dashboard very well,

This stays on most of the time, but if you accelerate or turn quickly, it slides off. I wound up putting a non-slip mat underneath it. It also only adjusts click-by-click, so you don't have fine-tune adjustment of the position.

I have the samsung blackjack II - and this is the PERFECT hold for it.
The sides are below the jack for power, something no other mount offered. So I can use the gps on my cell phone AND have it charging. I have not tired any other products with it - but give it 5 stars for my cell phone!!!
