The Extra 1 Year Braille Sense Maintenance Agreement prepays for any labor charges due to repair. Special priority is given to repairs, plus a prepayment of return shipping is included. One preventative maintenance cleaning is included. This service does not cover repair parts, software upgrades or the shipping cost to get the unit to repair.
