[ASIN:061514179X Brain Jogging: Keeping Your Memory Running]]
As today's population attains longevity through medical breakthroughs, it now needs just what this book offers, a brain stimulant. From the myths of "ageism" to a "Memory Marathon", Brain Jogging entices the aging reader to forget retiring and challenge him or herself to mental rewiring. "Tips and Tricks", to-dos and not-to-dos are offered by two professional ladies who certainly have the experience and knowledge to help us go far beyond what our parents and grandparents ever considered possible. "Successful aging" attained by brain jogging teaches the reader how to enjoy the latter years as much (or more) than the earlier ones.
