This is the best boil-and-bite mouth guard I've used. It provides a very secure, comfortable fit without any breathing obstruction. The fit is less bulky then other mouth guards, but still provides full protection. Highly recommended.

I've been doing karate for many years, and therefore I am in need of a quality mouth guard. I've never liked top mouth guards. I found it very difficult to breath when biting down on them, so I never used to wear them correctly,for the purpose of breathing. I bought this mouth guard after a few years of doing karate, and I love it! Not only is it a boil to fit, which makes for a perfect fit, but the space between the top and bottom makes it possible to breath while biting down on the mouth guard!I will not use a different mouth guard. This is the only one I've found in my years of Martial Arts that makes it easy to breath and fits perfectly. I have used this mouth guard for years, and will continue to use it. I highly recommend it.

I was quick to give this mouthguard an "ok" review before I realized if I would have read the directions I would have known that it can be altered to fit. The product is great but Piranha Gear is the best for e-mailing and standing behind their product. Very friendly and helpful service!
