I think this is a great choice for kid 8-9 with advanced math or reading abilities. I will recommend that you buy one if you think your kids don't have enough homework.

Brain Quest Teaches With Fun,
By
This review is from: Brain Quest Grade 3 Reading (Paperback)
Our family really enjoys the Brain Quest games. We play them in the car, at the dinner table and especially in places where waiting is required. You'd be surprised what seasoned adults don't know and how much your children 'know' about all kinds of subjects. It sparks conversation that always leads to learning and laughter. Highly recommended!
