This CD is just what I was looking for, a very gentle and uplifting CD, full of techniques to improve brain function, health, and ability. I recently had to have brain radiation, and have been searching for methods to retain and improve brain health and function. This CD is the best I've found- really amazing. I just got the CD, and it wonderful on it's own, but now I am going to order the book as well, to learn more about the process and the author. Anyone who is concerned about their brain for any reason- head injury, radiation, cancer treatment, alzheimer's, memory loss, should check this CD out!

For anyone recovering from a head injury and numerous other illnesses---this is incredible. For the currently "healthy" this is also so very beneficial---TRY it ---it is amazing...
