5.0 out of 5 stars Neural ecstasy, December 11, 2002
This review is from: Brainchild (Paperback)
a scintillating, visionary tale that really delightfully trips one out page after page. I found the language sumptuous and the story intriguing, though (and because) many of the prophecies in this book have come to fruition.

DJB writes with an uncanny flair for the idealistic and the romantic with the piercing edge of a scientist. His dreams are way bigger than most and his conscious mind travels into dimensions equally vast, intricate and hopeful.

This highly unique form of writing jump starts the mind and lifts the reader into paradise.

A most enjoyable work!

5.0 out of 5 stars Brainchild a must read for any evolving consciousness!!, November 10, 2008
This review is from: Brainchild (Paperback)
Brainchild is a laser guided virtual roller coaster for the senses and imagination. At once provocative, witty and endlessly satisfying, David Jay Brown's universe explores reaches of the psyche that one might never have thought possible. His lush and poetic prose brings to life endearing characters that draw you down the electric rabbit worm-hole into the world of mind manifesting nano tech dreams.
This is without a doubt one of the most engaging and exciting novel I have ever had the pleasure to drench my brain in :) I wouldn't want to give too much away, dont miss out on this masterpiece of science fiction!

2.0 out of 5 stars Urple Prose, January 25, 2012

Like being waterboarded in rainbow coloured koolaid spiked with acid while alternately receiving a beating with every back issue of Omni magazine. I liked the intro from RAW though.
