5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant off-the-wall creative puzzles, October 4, 1997
By A Customer
This review is from: Brainstorms: Real Puzzles for the Real Genius (Paperback)
Rubin is a brilliant guy whose puzzles have given me many happy hours. He can pull an absorbing puzzle from anywhere. You might have to figure out the Universal Product Code barcodes; or you might have to interpret barely-readable signatures of famous people, or country maps out of context, or photographic negatives. You might have to read some Esperanto, or get your car out of a crowded parking lot. I've read a lot of puzzle books, and this stuff is very original. For those who appreciate a devious, creative mind.
