we were having major sleeping issues with my 7-year old son, and someone recommended this. It helped him a lot

I have been listening to Dr. Jeffery Thompson since the late 90's and I love his music. He embeds brainwave audio into ambient soundtracks. Just a few minutes of listening to the music can change your state of mind. I use the Alpha Relaxation System during presentations for caregivers. After two minutes of listening to the music you can see the stress of caregiving fall from the faces in the crowd. This box set contains the Alpha Relaxation System, Meditation System, Sleep System, Healing Mind System, Creative Mind System and Awakened Mind system. I use all of these systems in my personal and professional practice. It is something simple you can do in your daily life to create healing and wellness.

I am REALLY enjoying these Branwave Music cds! If I am having a stressful day I just pop one in and let it play as background music. Everything mellows right out.
If I'm having trouble sleeping at night I'll use one, altho not always the one intended for sleep. The one intended for sleep annoyes me unless it is played VERY softly. I'll usually choose one I like better - like the Healing one.
I bought a second set, which I am saving to give as a gift to someone.

This album is wonderful. Dr. Thompson's music is amazing. He really knows how to put this stuff together. I have other things of his, but this is the best album by far.
