Wonderful, and well worth the very reasonable price. Much less than one would pay for the same type of tapes that the Monroe Institute puts out for hundreds of dollars more. I loved these.

All 4 CDs are great for supporting the brainwave activities as you can look up on many websites - Alpha for relaxation, Beta for outer concentration (with it I'm more effective at boring tasks, yay!), Delta for sleep, Theta for meditative awareness. So far the one I have used most is Beta, which is ironic because when I ordered I thought I would use it least! Not as appealing as the others but yeah it makes boring tasks much more tolerable and doable. I love it that the brainwave patterning sounds are combined with relatively simple nature sounds that are unobtrusive and relaxing.
