Before i had this book, i didn't know whether to trust brands like,weight watchers, for my Diabetec diet.I was confused on what to eat, and what not to eat.I consulted a dietition, but i still had questions stuck in my mind as soon as i got home from his place.Since i got this book(A miracle!), it helped me,clear my doubts,and relax about eating,not worrying whether this is right to eat or not.It even includes recipes,and alternate tips for sugar, i think,this is a book,i guess....from heaven,Order it NOW!

These meals are so easy and have great taste that even those who are not diabetic will enjoy.

If you want to reinforce the idea that people with diabetes must eat bland foods then this is the book for you. The recipes are neither inventive nor creative; they are ordinary recipes with a brand name like Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup or Prego tomato sauce thrown in the ingredients list. If you have never cooked, have no idea how to cook, cannot readily identify a stove ... I still wouldn't recommend this book.

Good book for diabetics. Has a lot of information regarding nutritional information. Easy receipes. Quick receipes.

If you need receipes and info, this book will do it for you. It is really a big help if you just found out you have diabetes or you have had it for a while.
