I bought these for my Cannon Camera, and neither I nor my camera can tell the difference.

The charge at a regular speed and last just as long as the regular batteries for a much better price.

This product is a clear cut win for me.

I recommend it.

As always, Amazon has some good deals. However, with all the good and bad reviews of these batteries, one must truly decide for themselves if he or she should buy this product. Some reviews said they were both excellent batteries and some did not. This is not one of those good reviews. I got my package quickly, as always, but there was one problem - one battery looked like it was about to explode. What do I mean? A normal NB-5L battery is flat on all sides. For example, if you laid it on a flat surface, it would be difficult to rock it like a see-saw. This one was bulging outwards on two sides and rocks like a see-saw.

So basically, watch out for those little comments beneath the prices "sold by Amazon but shipped from somewhere else". I'd say at least 85% of the time, items shipped from somewhere else are in good working condition. One of the batteries I received was not in good working condition. The bulges were so extreme, the battery wouldn't even fit into my camera.

But, for the price I paid, I guess I got two batteries for the price of one. Or is it; one good battery for the price of two?

Good product so far - haven't really had a chance to try them in the extreme outdoors yet while backpacking, but for general use they are great so far.
