One might be a bit wary of such a reasonably priced cell phone battery (I was told the sprint store had a similar item for around $60), but I ordered one anyway - figured I could toss it if it had issues - about 3 months ago.

Happy to report it works great and solves the one issue I had - battery life - with my A900. I have not done any "scientific" testing, but where I used to get the annoying low battery warning even before a day was up I now go about 3-4 days of medium use (including web browsing) with no problem. It charges fast (2-3 hours) and fits nicely in the phone.

Get `em while you can.

The battery works great! I used to only be able to use my fully charged phone until about 7pm at night before it would die and now this battery keeps the charge for about 24 more hours (and I use my phone A LOT!). The only thing negative I have to say is that the door does not stay on securely. This means that the battery doesn't stay plugged in. So my phone has turned off several times: when I'm on the phone, when I put down the phone, when I have the phone loose in my purse... And it's not like I can tape or glue or anything!
So yeah, great battery but crappy door.

The samsung A900 Blade is an excellent phone. I can say so many good things about it. The only bad thing about it I encountered is the horrid battery life. And the battery life was a problem from the second I walked out of Sprint. Nobody wants to charge their phone between 2-4 times a day. With the standard battery in the A900 I was charging my phone a ridiculous amount of times. But that's what you get with a razor thin phone. So of course I searched and finally found this battery which was crucial. This battery is a life saver. Be sure to get this one because it was the cheapest I found, and I did extensive searching. Also this one comes with the door which is very crucial. I've seen some extended batteries being sold without this door and I almost made the mistake of buying one without the door. You would be screwed without a door that fits the extended battery. What would you do, put a rubber band around it? Heck no. Well anyway, now that I have this battery, my phone will last all day without worries of dying just like my previous models that had thick batteries. My A-900 is still very thin even with this extended battery that sticks out a little. Don't worry, you're phone will still look great with this battery and you will enjoy all it's features without dying.

I bought this item thinking that it was going to solve my cell phone's batter problems. My old battery hold charge longer than this battery. I paid about 13 bucks including shipping. To my experience, this was a bad investment. The battery only holds charge for no mor than 2 days with minimal use.

this battery don't hold its value at all. Wish I didn't purchased it. I do not talk alot nor do I text alot, and still went dead within 5hrs

This battery is WORTHLESS. Brand new EXTENDED battery does not even last for ONE DAY without calling anyone. My THREE year old NON extended battery last longer.

Do NOT purchase this battery unless you want to be disappointed.

I'm online pretty regularly to check e-mail, so the original battery required charging every night, sometimes even sooner. With the new battery I can go 2-3 days without a charge with no reduction in my online usage. I'm writing this now late Sunday night after an entire weekend without charging, and 3 bars on the battery life indicator. I haven't been online all weekend, but with regular phone use the charge holds for days. Great product.

It definitely adds weight and width to the phone and it's not as sleek as the original battery. But for the additional life I can deal with a little extra heft.

I've had the battery for about a week now. Simply love it. I'm a heavy user of GPS Applications and Power Vision for web-surfing on the go. I used to charge the phone twice a day, now I charge it once a day and sometimes I even forget to plug it in at night and I still have 2 bars of battery left half way through the day. Even when i forget to charge it hasn't died on me.

This is a great deal at $16 + shipping vs. the one sold at Sprint stores for around $60.

I'm very happy with this purchase overall. This battery is a huge improvement over that ridiculous battery that comes with the phone. Talk time and internet time are increased greatly. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because bluetooth eats this battery pretty fast. Though that is still better than the original battery. It may just be the phone. I have no idea if it is as good as the one Sprint sells for 60 dollars. It is definitely worth 20 bucks all day long.

Like the reviews before, this is a great improvement over Samsung's OEM battery, at least at first. Just recently Im noticing a possible decrease in its effectiveness, like a very sudden onset of battery memory. I've been using this bat for about a month as of right now. I've only had a couple of charge cycles to notice, so I'm not entirely sure if there's a problem yet or if I'm just miscounting the days I charged on. I'll update this when I have this sorted out, but it is a $15 off brand battery. Well reviewed, well priced, but take a grain of salt. I've been pleased with it until, coincidentally, just now when Amazon reminds me to review it.
