I have had this phone for over 2yrs now. It's a great phone. Very sturdy....my teenage daughter carries it with her when she goes out so it has withstood a ton of abuse. Very clear reception. I have service when others don't in certain areas. Only thing I would change is a louder ringtone. I love this phone! It fits easily in my front pocket and the vibrate mode is very loud and easy to feel.

I have this phone for 2 years and I approve. Its small size has been convenient because it can fit in all of my pockets! I am very clumsy, and drop it often, but it just keeps going. I have dropped it in water twice and accidentally frozen it, but its great. The only downfall is the texting. In my phone it doesn't let you add words to the dictionary, so you have to spell words out syllables at a time. Not all models of this phone have this set back, my friend's doesn't.
ps...if you drop it too many times, the key pad might fall out. I am terribly hard on my phone!

I would definetely recommend purchasing from this Company. They were absolutely great and extremely helpful in getting the phone to me in just 3 days, even though I forget to request FEDEX shipping and had to request it after the fact. They really bailed me out of a jam because I broke my old Pantech. I would buy from them again in a second.

I've had my Pantech PG-C3B for nearly 4 years and so far I've had no problems with it. It's been dropped, tossed around, lost under the seat of my car, and still no issues. It seems to be a very sturdy, durable phone. It's compact and tiny but it doesn't feel like you're holding something fragile, it has some weight to it. I like that I can change the faceplate from silver to dark metallic blue when I feel like it...though I do wish other colors were available, too. My Pantech is set up as an AT&T go phone and I only use it for phone calls and texting. I have taken a few photos of family with it and they are nice to have on my phone. It's very easy to use and fits in most any pocket. The only problem you may have is finding it if you misplace it! I wish they would come out with a newer line like this phone.

Having placed an order with Amazon.com ..... I was sent a different
Pantech but works the same. The Panctech C3b GSM (C300) is no longer available
& very disappointed not receiving the exact same one, it was sturdy, rugged
& the best lil' cell phone I ever owned. 5 STARS for that one!

The c3b is a bluetooth phone and the C300 is not. What you get is a C300. Great little phone despite the fact it is not bluetooth. With it being an older phone the battery does not last very long, must be charged every day with or without any calls. Very good call quality and signal.

The phone I received was not the phone I ordered, so I had to pay S & H to send it back. Although the company was gracious about it, it still cost me for their mistake

I love this phone. It's really compact yet seems to be sturdier than any other phone I have had. I drop my phones ALL the time and this is the only phone that has held up to my abuse.
The camera sucks but I don't take pics with it anyway.

This Pantech phone is the greatest. This is my 3rd one. I wore out two. My phone is with me 24/7. Its so small its easy to carry and it tough enough to take hard use. Guys, if you carry a phone in your pocket this sould be the one.

I got this phone b/c of it's size and price. I purchased for a work phone b/c I can easily fit it into my pocket. It does take a beating, I'll give it that. I drop it at least daily. Honestly, I do! But, perhaps it eventually couldn't take it b/c, after a year, it no longer charges up. It may be the battery but they don't carry this with my provider anymore to confirm this for sure. Plus, my provider is not being very helpful. The camera in this phone is horrid. It's very grainy and black and white? Honestly, I can't tell and I never use the camera. The phone is way to small to accomodate a decent phone. Another thing is that the phone is not for one with bigger fingers. (Mine are small but kinda fat) I have to use my nails or it is so very easy to hit the wrong key! That is prob. the most frustrating thing about this phone. I so wanted to like this phone more.
