Way over-priced! You don't need to be a member to buy a copy of this or any WW book from your local Weight Watcher Center or meeting. Just go to www.weightwatchers.com and put in your zip code to find the most convenient time and location. This retails for less $9.95 in CT!

It was okay, I did not realize that the book only listed the point system so gave it to my sister. I was looking for a book with the calories, fat, and sugar levels.
