I am 55 years old and have been training with Brandon for over four and a half years.I have followed his blog religiously during that time.
When I started with Brandon I was overweight and diagnosed with a cholesterol level that was too high to be accurately measured (sadly, no joke). Just six months after following Brandon's program, I lost approximately thirty-five pounds and had a cholesterol level equivalent to what would be expected for a healthy thirty year old man.
Even better, I now look and feel at least ten years younger than when I started four and half years ago. Remarkably, these changes came about exclusively through Brandon's recommended diet and exercise regime without the aid of any drugs whatsoever, in fact, my doctor who diagnosed me with stratospheric cholesterol earlier, was so shocked at my improvement all he could say to me was: "Whatever it is you are doing, keep on doing it!"
When I started Brandon's training regime, one of the first things that Brandon said to me was: "It's like anything in life, you will get out of it what you put into it." Well, after four and a half years. I am forced to disagree with Brandon on this small point I would argue I have gotten back a Hell of a lot more than I put into it.
