I have been an athlete my entire life, at times incredibly competitive other times maintaining fitness. My life has less time and more commitments and I needed to find someone I could trust and believe would have coaching that I could rely on to give me the results I want: fitness, overall strength and improved body image. I found Brandon Richey. His workouts are INTENSE and what I appreciate most of all is his attention to detail, progression and overall care for the individual person. His blog is packed with practical exercises that can start easy and build in progression. He offers nutritional information as well. He doesn't provide promises of get fit quick or 8 minutes of easy will get you rock hard abs. He does encourage hardwork, discipline and dedication to a life of staying fit and strong and gives the tools in his blogs to be successful in this life-long process. He is a true professional and master of his craft.

Regardless of your goals or aspirations pertaining to physical health this blog is right for you. Brandon's knowledge and skill level in the industry of health and fitness far exceeds anyone out there. His blog's are not only informative and helpful, they are also a great read possessing good humor and widely varying topics. Brandon has a way of connecting with you in a way that no other fitness expert has been able to do through his writings. I would recommend this blog to anyone that wants to get in shape and live a healthier life style.

I am 55 years old and have been training with Brandon for over four and a half years.I have followed his blog religiously during that time.

When I started with Brandon I was overweight and diagnosed with a cholesterol level that was too high to be accurately measured (sadly, no joke). Just six months after following Brandon's program, I lost approximately thirty-five pounds and had a cholesterol level equivalent to what would be expected for a healthy thirty year old man.

Even better, I now look and feel at least ten years younger than when I started four and half years ago. Remarkably, these changes came about exclusively through Brandon's recommended diet and exercise regime without the aid of any drugs whatsoever, in fact, my doctor who diagnosed me with stratospheric cholesterol earlier, was so shocked at my improvement all he could say to me was: "Whatever it is you are doing, keep on doing it!"

When I started Brandon's training regime, one of the first things that Brandon said to me was: "It's like anything in life, you will get out of it what you put into it." Well, after four and a half years. I am forced to disagree with Brandon on this small point I would argue I have gotten back a Hell of a lot more than I put into it.

If you're trying to be fit but aren't getting the results, you may be missing something...
Work = Mass x Acceleration.
Power = Work / Time
Knowledge = POWER
Why did i write that? It's what I gain every friggen blog post i read(facts). For me, you could have told me do a squat a billion times over and i'll say.. no problem. But force me to do it with perfect breathing, lock-out techniques, R.O.M. and stance and I would not have know how to do one. Only until i master the details which you can find within these posts, then 1 billion is chump change.
What i'm trying to say is.. For a little money and time, you can have access to a seemingly never ending stream of Knowledge (backed by years of experience with some of the baddest raddest dudes and dudettes) which inturn can make you and your body hit harder and faster. Which is what again?... POWER. (Similar to what lets people rule our planet.) I'm not saying subscribing will make you rule the planet but.. Only one way to find out right?

This blog needs to be called the Hulk blog because after your done from Brandon's workout you won't even just feel like the hulk you will have the same strength as the hulk. It's a great blog by Brandon Richey I personally have been training with him for a about of month now and what Brandon helped me achieve in a month it would have taken me at least 1 year in another place. Brandon will give you the most intense and working workout and will entertain you as you do it so you do it with ease. He always gives the best advices and he knows when your body can't take anymore thats when he tells you stop! You always have to be honest because no matter what the situation is he can and will help you. The Blog is more than great, best advices you will ever receive and i highly recommend it! get the blog, and try to workout with Brandon it's more than worth it.

I have been an athlete nearly all my life. In my 20's I was heavily involved in weightlifting and strength training. Brandon was able to train me to obtain weightlifting and strength goals I did not know I could possibly achieve and his guidance and techniques made it possible. Now that I am in my 30's, I have transitioned in to a multi-sport and enduranced based training lifestyle and compete in local trathlons and dualthons. Brandon has been able to provide different types of training to accomodate my multi-sport lifestyle to help me be able to excel in variety of ways; obtaining personal goals as well as routinely placing in the top 5% in my age group. I would highly recommend Brandon's cutting edge training to anyone looking for results!
