Regardless of your goals or aspirations pertaining to physical health this blog is right for you. Brandon's knowledge and skill level in the industry of health and fitness far exceeds anyone out there. His blog's are not only informative and helpful, they are also a great read possessing good humor and widely varying topics. Brandon has a way of connecting with you in a way that no other fitness expert has been able to do through his writings. I would recommend this blog to anyone that wants to get in shape and live a healthier life style.

I have been an athlete my entire life, at times incredibly competitive other times maintaining fitness. My life has less time and more commitments and I needed to find someone I could trust and believe would have coaching that I could rely on to give me the results I want: fitness, overall strength and improved body image. I found Brandon Richey. His workouts are INTENSE and what I appreciate most of all is his attention to detail, progression and overall care for the individual person. His blog is packed with practical exercises that can start easy and build in progression. He offers nutritional information as well. He doesn't provide promises of get fit quick or 8 minutes of easy will get you rock hard abs. He does encourage hardwork, discipline and dedication to a life of staying fit and strong and gives the tools in his blogs to be successful in this life-long process. He is a true professional and master of his craft.

I have been taking Brandon's classes for a while, and I am lucky to have this guy as my trainer. He truly cares about improving your health and will guide you through every step of the way. No matter what kinds of questions you have about improving your body, he knows the exact method to help you achieve the results you want. Brandon has taught me to obtain the most out of a workout by doing it right, and I easily see my progression in just one workout. I have benefited so much from his classes that I trust him with all of my physical health issues. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced fitness expert. I highly recommend Brandon's blog for everyone.

After reading and following Brandon Richey's fitness blog I have found that it is the last fitness blog I will follow. Brandon Richey is very smart in what he does. Just reading his blog you can feel his energy and passion for fitness. That energy has rubbed off on to me and has really inspired me in my training, as I feel it will for you too.

I have been an athlete nearly all my life. In my 20's I was heavily involved in weightlifting and strength training. Brandon was able to train me to obtain weightlifting and strength goals I did not know I could possibly achieve and his guidance and techniques made it possible. Now that I am in my 30's, I have transitioned in to a multi-sport and enduranced based training lifestyle and compete in local trathlons and dualthons. Brandon has been able to provide different types of training to accomodate my multi-sport lifestyle to help me be able to excel in variety of ways; obtaining personal goals as well as routinely placing in the top 5% in my age group. I would highly recommend Brandon's cutting edge training to anyone looking for results!

I recently had the opportunity to observe a series of Brandon's workouts. What an enjoyable experience it has been to see him in action. Brandon is very passionate about his training and has attention to detail. He has very intense workouts allowing your body to get the best results. If you want some insight on what he's all about read his blogs. Entertaining yes, and also a guide on maintaining a healthy and more active lifestyle.

In several of Brandon's articles, he talks about "smart" workouts. I used to think that in order to get the results I wanted I would need to spend most of my free time in the gym. While getting results I wanted did require some time committments, lifestyle change and HARD WORK, Brandon has taught me how to work out smart and get the most out of each and every workout. With his knowledge and experience, Brandon provides a step by step guide for each smart workout. The wide variety of workout types and lengths that Brandon offers caters to everyone and every schedule, and getting bored with the same routine is not an option. There is something new everyday!

Having maintained a fair level of fitness throughout most of my life, it is always refreshing to run across a simple way of digesting the same information in an new light. Through his blog, Brandon has been able to break fitness down to the core level utilizing dynamic functional exercises to help anyone at any level. I highly recommend Brandon for anyone getting started or looking to jump start an already effective program.
