i can't speak one way or the other for leslie feist. while there are women in music today like her, especially regina spektor and sarah mclachlan, she has an occasional tune that gets under your skin.now worst, maybe, is '1234'. but better than better is 'brandy alexander'. what a celebration of hot, moist love in a song!!! besides wanting to make love, i am always reminded of carole king's monumental 'tapestry' because of the depth and range of emotions this song brings up in me. |
