Brandy The Early Years... This Collection Is Very Good... Hope She Makes A New DVD With Her New Stuff...

I hate when artists release a video hits compilation after one or two albums (IE: Janet's "Rythm Nation Compilation"). Brandy has released so many good videos (especially "What About Us" and "Full Moon" most noteworthy) since 1999's "Never Say Never." There could have been bonus special features like clips from MTV's "Making The Video", interviews, etc. 3 stars because the videos from her self-titled debut and the phenominal "Never Say Never" are great, but if you want the best buy...wait till she hopefully releases a COMPLETE collection of videos (with special features)

This would have to be a great collection of videos from sensational r&b singer Brandy. The videos contained in this dvd version pans her famous career from the teenager singing 'I wanna be down' to the young lady showing-off her vocal talent on the the remix of 'U dont know me (like you used to)' which also features high profile rappers Da Brat and Shauna. The record-breaking and multi-award winning duet of 'The Boy is mine' with Monica is also feaured in this collection of tasteful music videos which demonstrate Brandy's talent. All in all there are 11 of Brandy's music clips in this dvd and would delite any Brandy fan. The dvd version contains the usual features such as menus, quick chapter access, lyrics, discography and the stars biography. This dvd is a must have for any r&b fan. x44_evolution@hotmail.com

This is the only DVD that Brandy has released and I would want to see another video collection from her and a LIVE DVD from Brandy because I am her biggest fan. I have all her movies, albums and her U.S. singles and her one and only video collection DVD.I also have posters and pictures and I want 2 see a continuation to this video collection, a DVD of the videos from "FULL MOON" and the "AFRODISIAC" albums. Anyways, this is a great DVD but i would want to see something fresh and new fron Brandy and I also want the "MOESHA" episodes on DVD. Brandy is the best,but I want something new from her.

I was very surprised at the quality of this DVD. IT is so clear and such a high quality DVD! It is digitally mastered and it shows because all the videos are in the highest quality. And the Brandy videos are so great! Her videos really showcase her personality and why she has sold the millions of albums she has. This DVD with eleven (11!) of her top videos is a great buy at such a great quality. You will definitely enjoy it if you've listened to Brandy since the beginning of her career as have I. From "I Wanna Be Down" in '94 to "U Don't Know Me (Like U Used To)" in '99. Five years of Brandy's classic videos...don't wait to get it..get it now!

I am a huge brandy fan and this DVD put a huge smile on my face,this is exactly what I've been waiting for. This was a very well done DVD, it was digitally remastered for the DVD and features dolby 5.1 surround sound. It features 11 of her wonderfull music videos,all in selection format. Also features commentary from brandy about her career,scenes from a photo shoot for her latest album Never-Say-Never.I have no complaints about this DVD, because anything of brandys I see I wont hesitate to get, because if it says (Brandy) then it's quality!

This DVD is an excellent choice for any Brandy or music fan. It has all of her best videos in their full length, which have great sound and digital quality. It also has some partial interviews inbetween some of the videos to give Brandy's personal insight on a particular song. I was very impressed with the quality of this DVD and song choice for this compilation. I would recommend it to anyone who loves Brandy or R&B.

this DVD was perfect. sure, they didn't have the making of each video but they gave us all her videos and some of her own interviews on what was going on around the time of her career. i enjoyed the quality. the only thing i wish they did was place the videos in chronological order, instead of random listings. my all time favorite TWO videos were "The Boy Is Mine" with Monica and "Brokenhearted" with Wayna Morris. "Sittin' Up In My Room" would be number 3 on my list while "Have You Ever" would be number 4. I really wish "Angel In Disguise" was made into a music video. Now i just wish they released a volume 2 DVD with her videos from her last 3 albums, "Full Moon (2002)", "Afrodisiac (2004)" and "Human (2008)".

Brandy has a beautiful soft, pleasant R&B sound refreshing, and never harsh on the ears but what makes her so fabulous is not her ability to change her vocals and to sing so many hits after hits but the entire package. She's got the elegance, class, and signature mark of a true diva --never having to strain hard-- as she is a natural!

This DVD has Brandy's most notable songs like "Brokenhearted" with Wanya Morris that to me was the most grand of all videos. The costume changes, the elegance portrayed, the vocals, the duet type back and forth singing was off the charts fabulous! Also quite smashing was "Have You Ever" giving the Whitney Houston vibe as she has the arm movements and natural styles that only true divas show. No this is not rehearsals or someone telling her to do this and that. She's one of those artists that just glows with that talent to just be herself and shine. The depiction of how love can be painful is definitely portrayed strongly as she acts as well as sings in this video. Another favorite is the duet with Monica titled, "The Boy Is Mine" in which both girls are in love with the same player. The singing, acting, performance, and dresses were grand to say the least.

A down-to-earth video I enjoy often from this set is "Almost Doesn't Count" as you get to see Brandy in a more laid back style with a more poised and relaxed vibe. Again, her costume change was breathtaking and spectacular. Fans of rap will definitely enjoy "I Wanna Be Down" Remix featuring Queen Latifah, MC Lyte and YoYo as well as "Top of the World" featuring Ma$e. The picture quality is excellent with Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound, Remastered in CD Quality and rich in overall depth of sound. This is a beautiful collection of videos to cherish because Brandy is here to stay and her new album is just another sign that she is not one to give up on her God given talent to bring out the best in herself through the music, lyrical writings, and overall performance!

Brandy does not fail to please with this video collection. It includes her hits from her first two cds. Her videos are great and just exude the personality and warmth characteristic of this artist. Brandy is a shining example of how a classy R&B star should behave. Good Job!
