The seller of this item promptly provided a refund due the fact that the item did not meet my specifications. I was extremely pleased with the excellent service I received. I am planning to use this company again. They are more than willing to insure customer satisfaction. They made every effort to resolve my problem. They were more than fair in their response. I am happy to see that there are such companies that will spare no effort to insure customer satisfaction. I understand that the book I purchased was used as a textbook in a college class and thus I realize why there was so much highlighting. Errors due occur, but again I must credit this company for their immediate response correcting this minor problem.
