This is the biggest hunk of junk I've ever purchased. When I bought it at Christmas time, it was $129.99 and even though the price has been reduced an additional $40.00, it's not worth it. This piece of junk stopped playing DVDs a few days after the 90 day warranty expired and last week it stopped working altogether. The unit will turn on but automatically shuts off every time you try to change the channel. So basically, I paid $130.00 so my daughter could watch TV for less than 5 months. Save your money and buy a known brand name.

the tv was great my granddaughter loved it until the dvd player stopped working. had to call mga to have it exchanged for another. Only used it once

My daughter received this TV a couple of weeks ago, but we have been so busy we never set it up. The shipping was awesome, the price was awesome, but we have one problem. There is a big white circle in the lower left corner when it is on the blue background. It isn't there when the DVD's or games are played, but I don't know what it is. I will call customer service. Other that that, it works great. There are plenty of cable hookups to play games, and it makes it easy for a 3 year old to learn.

I purchased this product as a birthday gift for an 11-year-old girl. Imagine how disappointed she was when we opened the box and the TV didn't work. I spent three days trying to get an answer at customer service. Four weeks later I am still waiting for a replacement. The manufacturer, MGA never did give me an answer. Globazar (the retailer), has been slow to respond, but supposedly the replacement has been shipped. I will keep you posted whether I get any satisfaction. So far, this experience has not been one that I would recommend to anyone!

We did have a problem with this TV soon after our purchase. The sound just stopped working. The picture was fine, but the sound didn't work. We went through the whole refund process and then my 4 year old electronic genius did something to it and it now works just fine again. It's the perfect addition to my daughter's room, and it's very easy to use!

Apparently my sister did not do her homework on this as several of the reviews have the same issue. She bought this for my daughter (3 years old) for Christmas. Within two weeks, the DVD player was not working correctly and now it does not work at all. It tells me that there is no disc or unknown disc in player. I even went as far as to buy her a brand new DVD thinking all of her's were scratched and it was no help. Even if I can get it fixed or receive a new one, I am sure it will be more of a headache than it is worth. I do not recommend this product to anyone! IT IS HORRIBLE!

After reading some reviews for this TV I was a little hesitant about purchasing, right now everything is good, so I'll give it an incomplete until at least another month. The audio is great, my other daught has a Dora tv/dvd combo and the sound on this one blows that one away. Right now a good bargain and good set.

We bought this as a christmas gift so we have only been using it for about 20 days. Everything is great on it. The dvd player seems to make louder noise then the one we have in our living room when it plays. They are both combination televisions except different brands and sizes. Everything works on it perfectly though. My daughter loves it and she's only 4 and knows how to work it. I don't let her work the dvd player though because i know the break easily.

I ordered the Bratz TV for my grand-daughter and she LOVES it, of course. She is nine years old and this was a perfect gift for her. It was delivered quickly and in good condition and so far is working very well for her------maybe TOO WELL! I purchased the Bratz TV-DVD for my granddaughter because she really likes the characters. I was somewhat skeptical when the box arrived because it was torn on the edges. However, when her parents hooked the TV up on Christmas night, it worked great! This was a sound purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another TV from this vendor.
