I got this for my daughter's 9th birthday last month and am disapointed. She says she likes it but I never see her play with it. There are so many small pieces and unless you have a place to leave it set up, it takes so much time to set up each time you want to play. It also doesn't stay together very well, it can be knocked over very easily due to the fact that the different stores can be rearranged in the way the child wants. I was also under the "impression" the music store played various songs from the music player but each of the four buttons you push plays the same 10 second "song", not to mention the fact that I spent $12.00 just for the batteries for the little music machine.I will not buy any more bratz accessories. only the dolls.

I bought this for my daughter for her 7th birthday because she is a big BRATZ fanatic. Luckily I hit a good clearance sale at Target and snagged it for $16.00. If I had paid full price or even half of retail for this it would have went back to the store. Some of the items require button cell batteries - which do not come with it and will cost you an extra $10-$20. You also have to add C batteries to it. The escalator doesn't stop once it gets to the top it just keeps clicking. The items fall off the shelves continually and this frustrates my daughter so I told her to put them away and just pretend. The stores are very small and will only fit two dolls. The signs that go on the back of the store are a pain to get on and one won't go on at all. My daughter played with this for about an hour on her birthday and I don't think she's touched it since. She has asked for more stores to go with it for Christmas (I lucked out and got two for $5.00 each at the same sale) so she will get them but not because I think this is worth paying for. My advice is to save your money and purchase something else. I had contacted MGA about this (as I did last year with the FM limo) but could not get any resolution. They simply told me to return it to the store.

My daughters birthday party was at the beggining of July. we bought this mall playset for her including the extra stores you have to buy seperatly. Its made very well. She loves it!! There has not been one day she hasent played with it!! Her friend bought her the fashion Polly mall and she HATES it soo much. The clay you make the purses and food out of is HORRIBLE! We threw it away and replaced it with Lil' Bratz dolls. Buy this toy. It is SOOOO much fun!!

I bought this item for my daughter for christmas and it was a total disappointment. Just like all the other bratz items I have bought, it is not durable, it falls apart or falls over whenever you touch it. I would hope that by all the bad reviews and phone calls about their poorly made items that MGA receives, that they would start making better quality toys. There are so many bratz fans out there that truly deserve better. Parents don't waste your money, You may find yourself trying to explain to your child why santa brought them such a piece of junk.

My daughter got this toy for her 10th birthday. Even though it falls apart like everyone else said, she still loves playing with it. Here are a few things about it...the music only plays 1 song even though there are 4 different cd buttons, she gets very frustrated when the cds fall off the shelves, she has a hard time using the clip on the escalator and the stores are too small. She still can play with this toy though because she's patient enough to understand that it is going to fall apart and she just fixes it. She got the add on Strut It store and hopes to get the others. I don't think it would be good for a younger child because they would get way too frustrated!

as all the others have said, this is a piece of junk!! Will not stay together and has been in the box since christmas. I will never buy Bratz merchandise again.

The elevator didnt work that good and the stuff keep falling off the shelves. I HATE IT!!!!!!!!

I am 13 and I got this on sale for 15 dollars. I love it exept everything falls off the shelves and the music thing only plays 1 song and there are 4 cds.I am going to buy more stores for it though. I am glad I got a Nevra with it b/c I want Nevra to have a kid. I love it!!!!

I bought this for my 4 1/2 and 6 year olds for xmas. They never play with it. It is a frustrating toy to try to play with. When you touch one thing something else falls apart. It is very hard for me, a thirty something, to keep it together. They do love to play with the dolls. It is just ashame that this expensive toy turned out to be such a hunk of junk.

My daughter loves this toy because it's Bratz. It is a bit frustrating because the slightest bump knocks everything off the little shelves. The stores look cute though. The music store buttons all play the same song and it's impossible to make the little CDs stay on the racks. We will have to think up a way the lil Bratz can shop without trashing the place. Everything seems to fall down.
