My 5 year old daughter wanted this doll house for Christmas but i was not comfortable with her playing with bratz dolls at this age. Her big sister ended up buying her the doll house and a bratz doll (rock in roll) to go with it. It is one of the best doll houses i have ever seen and compared to the barbie castle from last year that everyone wanted this house is a cut above the rest. It is a lot bigger than it looks on line. It folds up so that it dosen't take up much room and has lots of accessories. The details in the rooms, the walls, furniture are a victorian type design and are very pretty. The bathroom is my favorite room with decorated shower stall, toilet that folds up when not in use. The shower is large enough to hold a doll in. Even if your daughter doesn't play with the dolls, you can use other dolls in the house. It is a great house and a great price.

My daughter make bratz and barbie videos with her friend and she expressed that she really wanted this house. She doesn't ask for things, so I knew she really wanted it. Once we got it she and her friend were over the moon! She plays with it almost everyday and this is what she has to say about it:
" I LOVE IT! The house is everything I ever dreamed it would be! It's so pretty and I love all the acessories it comes with! The perfect set for making video's with! I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! the favorite room i have is the bathroom, it's so cute and has the most detail! I recommend it to everyone. I love it so much that if i could, i'd buy 2! haha"

I would say this house is a better value than the bigger Bratz Mansion. It has a lot of good points: It has a realistic shower (which fits 1 adult Bratz girl) a kitchen and bathroom sink, a toilet, a refrigerator (with lots of shelves for all the fake food items) a fireplace and a bookshelf built into the side walls. It also comes with a TON of kitchen stuff: 1 pot, 1 pan, silverware and utensils, croissants, muffins, milk carton, tea and hot cocoa cups with saucers, assorted beverages, pizza and Chinese takeout box with chopsticks. Included also are various other household items.
I really like the way this house folds up so small yet opens so BIG! I didn't have too much trouble with the walls coming off, though as one reviewer said there are pegs and holes which detach. It IS a little tricky to line them up at first but once it's snapped on tight, it stays in place just fine. It does give you the benefit of being able to expand the house and make rooms larger or smaller. The design is very good for saving space and with all the pegs in the proper place it's very easy to fold, unfold and store. The only thing I didn't like was that it didn't come with enough furniture. Aside from what is already in the walls, it only comes with one chaise lounge (with matching pillow and throw) and a breakfast table with 2 chairs. I think personally it should have come with a bed and a bathtub. I DID end up buying these items separately. Bratz furniture IS very pretty and there is a lot of variety so it's good you can mix and match but I would have preferred if the houses came with more! This house is very pretty to look at. It reminds me of a cute, cozy cottage. I also like the fact that it is a neutral color on the outside just like a real house. This house is versatile and is wonderful for the imagination. If you have other structures it's really easy to join them. This house makes a great add-on if you already have the Bratz Mansion, Bratz Cowgirlz Stable. My nieces and I have all four and it makes a MASSIVE play scene that we call "The Bratz Resort" good thing too they are the right size for Bratz, Moxie Girlz, Liv dolls, Barbie etc....All I need now is a magic wand to make it real!

This toy is great! The fridge opens and u can put milk and water in it.
one problem, you need the bedroom set to allow on room to be played with.

I bought this for my 5 year old for Christmas. She played with it for a little while, but the 2 side walls have these little tiny holes that you have to try and find and push it into the fold out part and they dont stay in very well so the walls kept falling down. That was a bit frustrating for her, so she doesn't play with it much anymore, unfortunately.

This is a really cool house-love the more updated look of it! That being said, just to let everyone know-the house only comes with the bed and bathtub-the rest you have to buy separately. Also my kitchen is purple not pink as shown in the pictures. Also the accessories that come with this house are a bit small especially the silverware (more Kelly sized) and the shampoo bottles, which are so slim that they will fall over if anyone breathes on them. The other thing I cannot figure out about this house is the food. We have a carton of Chinese and chopsticks, a piece of pizza on a plate, a muffin and a croissant. Then we have a blender? Don't know what it's for and there is no food that goes with it. The blanket is more the size of a towel and the pillow is plastic. The shower is a bit small but does fit Ken, not the bathtub though...guess Ken'll have to stick to taking showers, lol! Also the walls are very thin, so much so that if you set up the house straight out (like is shown in the second picture) and don't angle the walls just a bit the house will fall over. It is definitely easier if you have like a hard surface, such as a kitchen or hardwood floor to keep it from falling over; although I do suggest if you're looking for a house that is a little more sturdy try the "Barbie Forever Barbie Totally Real House Playset"-it will definitely be easier for a younger child to play with. Also to the other reviewer-you can take the inner two walls completely off and just set them where they are supposed to be as this makes play a lot easier and you don't have to line up those tenie-tiny miniscule holes. Anyway, this house is still fun to play with I just think that older children will enjoy it more.
