This Be-Bratz product has two flaws in it. The first is that the USB Key, when inserted into the USB Port, does not automatically connect to the webpage at Be-Bratz. The second problem concerns the directions. They are vague (especially when it comes to telling people how to solve the first problem).

I thought I was the only one who had these problems; however, I checked the internet. As it turns out, there have been a lot of people who have had these same problems over the years. They have even resorted to consulting other people on the internet for help. I hope this is not an indication on how good MGA's Be-Bratz customer service is or will be when I call them.

As for myself, and after four hours, I still haven't figured out how to solve these two problems. I hope MGA is competent enough to solve this problem - a problem it has caused. In other words, be prepared for problems if you buy this product.

I am not impressed with this toy at all. It couldn't even run it on my pc without having to call the company and go through a detailed list of things to get it to run on it. My daughter never goes on the site anymore, just plays with the doll. This was a bad choice for a gift and given the choice, I would have chosen something else!

I really like my e-bratz, it's so much fun, and I can learn how to use the computer, my mom also likes it because she says it's safe, I can also learn new things, I would recommend it very much to others kids.
