My daughter was so excited to receive this guitar! Shipping took a little longer than I would have liked - or rather she would have liked - lol! But the shipper wrapped the product very very well to avoid damage. I was very impressed. My daughter wanted to be able to play a guitar; but I knew she wouldn't get the tunes from a traditional guitar (she is 6.5). It came with instructions to learn 3 songs by using the buttons along the arm part. She was very very pleased and so am I!
