My daughter received this for her seventh birthday. The screen is not very high tech, kind of looks like Atari, but she loves it. Not only is there the dancing portion, but it also includes whack a mole and pinball. All games played by stepping on the pad. This game is great for coordination. At first, she could not handle the dancing portion (which has three levels) but after playing whack a mole, she can handle most of the easiest dance songs. Everyone in family had a turn, even the adults. The kids complete the games better than adults do, but we all loved it.

After reading the rave reviews of other moms, I bought this for my 5 year old daughter. When we hooked it up to the TV (make sure you have newer TVs with plugs easily accessable to kids), I was extremely disappointed. It doesn't play music but rather electronic noise. I went downstairs feeling ripped off until my daughter told me it was her favoirte toy! And a couple months later she still loves it. I don't get the attraction but for certain kids I think its great.

It ROCKS!!! The pad gets a 3 in educational because it can teach you how to dance and it can also be interesting for older sisters who might like some of the songs too. It is the most funnest toy in the world! I also give it a high durable rate too. Because it folds for trips with out taking up space and after pops back when you unfold it. I totally recommend this game!!!

My daughter received this for her 6th birthday. She had tried DDR in the past, but it was too hard for her, and the mat is made for people with longer legs. But this toy she can do, plus it's got the other two games. I'm not a big fan of Bratz, but it's easy to get past that. The music is truly horrible, even my daughter thinks so. But it's worth it to have a child-friendly substitute for DDR. And it really helps teach coordination, and how to pay attention to directions. The instructions say that it has to be played on a hard floor, but it works just fine on our carpet.

When I bought this I thought it was going to be something easier than Dance Dance Revolution because I find DDR pretty hard. So when I started playing this I kept winning and winning because it was to easy! Hmm.....Maybe I'll get better at DDR and just stick with that.

My daughter and I ran across this toy, and reading the box it sounded great. She loves dancing and music, so we were sold. After bringing it home we found that it does NOT play the actual songs, but a mere muzak version, and my daughter could barely recognize her favorite songs. It is difficult for her to dance along with the music, as it just sounds like a toy. I was very disappointing, and feel the product description is very misleading.

This is very fun! If your child loves to dance, get this!Try it! It is fun!

Bratz dance mat was great. I use it every day its great for any one.

I bought this for my seven year old niece for Christmas, and we were both very disappointed. The dancing portion was very tough to follow. The Pinball game was the only one that we had success with, and she was bored with that within minutes. This is a purchase I regret.

This was by far the biggest bust of the holiday presents. Complete waste of money. Package oversold the product. Music is computerized bleeping. It's basically 3 bad video games that your kids use their feet to play. Annoying music. Already set aside.
