The Bratz Formal Funk Runway playset is the best playset I have ever seen. I normally hate doll playsets because it's usually a hunk of plastic with too many tiny bits and pieces that get lost and eventually the hunk of plastic will sit in a corner and collect dust. But not this one. The playset has 5 great areas to play with your Bratz dolls. The Runway is my faverite part because the Bratz actually get to walk and turn like real models. Push the runway in and you have a disco with real flashing lights. Behind the runway is the smoothie bar, the changing room and the make-up station. I really liked that the changing room has curtains and a rack to hang your dolls extra clothes. But the best part of this playset is the new doll, Nevra. A lot of people have complained that she looks just like Yasmin and Fianna, but out of the box she looks nothing like them. She has her own original skin color that reminds me of Beyonce and she comes with super low rise jeans and a sparkly butterfly boustier. She also comes with a black newsboy cap and a white fur/fringe jacket. All in all, I woudl say that this is a well made playset that required very littel time to put together and was sturdy while being played with. And parents should be delighted to know that the playset makes little to no noise.

This playset is fun but it's very annoying.Some of the pieces come off of it and the lights fall of very easily.One time when the lights were off,my little cousin took them and put them in water!It makes me so angry that this toy is so un-durable!But this playset is still fun though.Also,the Runway is cool but when you put Nevra or any other Bratz they fall off.Some of them don't but still it is very frustraining!The back as no promblem to me.No wonder my Mom was so angry with this!I'm a little angry with it too.But it is rated 5 stars for fun,cause it can be better fun if this playset was more durable.That's why I put 3 stars on durablity on this playset.And the educational value?I don't get that.I mean I know what it is but to me there is no educational rate but 3 stars.I love this toy but it was hard to put together.(...)

Bratz has some great designs, and boy was this item priced right when I saw it on sale...but much like the other Bratz products that require assembly, I was very disappointed when the parts did not stay together and kept on falling apart. Until the company puts more time and effort into engineering their products better so that they actually stay together, save your money and don't buy any Bratz plastic products that require assembly. I'm an avid Bratz collector and I've assembled many of their products, and I've had to take almost all of them back. Save your money and buy something that will stay together like Legos.

I bought the Bratz runway at an auction for less than retail, thank goodness! The toy we got (new and sealed in the package), while nice concept and cute and all, just doesn't stay together very well. Pieces that were supposed to snap together - didn't! - and came apart/fell over while play was in progress.

My child received this toy for Christmas last year. The dolls will not stay on the runway. The toy will not stay together. There is always something falling off. I e-mailed the company about how cheap this product was and they told me to return it in the original package. The package was thrown away on Christmas morning. They told me there wasn't anything they could do. My daughter was very disappointed in the toy and became when the toy kept started falling apart. It is not in peices in her closet.

This toy DOES fall apart alhe time, but I still play with it a lot.
The good things about this toy:
It comes with a pretty Nevra doll.
The dolls can walk on the runway.
It also has a makeup room, smoothie bar, and dressing room.
It has lights on the runway and back of the smoothie bar.
You an plug it into the limosine and play music on it.
It comes with 3 chairs.
The bad things:
It comes with a lot of little makeup, and when you put it all onhe helf the shelf looks too messy.
The shelf always falls off and the makeup goes flying.
The dolls hands brush against the speakers on the runway and they fall over.
There are really not very many bad things about this toy. Nevra did not come with the purple skirt shown on the box, but she has a pretty black shirt, denim pants, a furry white jacket, a black hat, and two pairs of boots. She's the first Nevra doll I got, and she's the only one I have right now. Nevra is pretty. She has tan skin, brown hair, and blue eyes. If you just look at the pictures of Nevra and Fianna, they look a lot like Yasmin, but the dolls look a lot different. This is a fun toy and any Bratz doll with holes in their feet can go on the runway. (Only older Bratz dolls don't have the holes. They can wear Nevra's extra pair of boots.)

My daughter has just started collecting Bratz and has almost everything. The dolls are great but this toy is junk. My daughter does love playing with it. But the pieces do not snap together well and falls apart easily. Also if you don't have the dolls on just right on the runway they will fall over. The wires get lose from opening and closing the runway so now the music will not play through it. It also has too many pieces and the dressing shelf is not big enough to hold them so everytime you bump the set they fall over. For my daughter it is a dream and very fun to play with. She does get frustrated when the dolls fall off the runway.

Yes...pieces are always coming apart but my daughter still loves it. After you build the disco just whatever you do DO not bang into it! Otherwise the pieces will easily come apart. If you balance the dolls just right on the runway they will stay on and spin around and go in circles. Its a fun toy and has been worth the money for me.

My mother bought this for my daughter for Christmas based on
reviews I had read. I was immediately excited to see all the detail and accessories that came with it. That changed pretty quickly as I started to assemble it.The pieces do not fit together well at all.When assembleing the speakers the right
side of the stage when it is facing you does not fit together
properly.On close inspection one can see that the grooves for the
sections to slide together are not carved correctly. So it keeps falling apart.I called the company as requested in the instructions and asked them to send me new speakers that fit properply. I was assured they would get back to me in 48 hours
and it has been a week and noone has called.Needless to say I am very disappointed in the manufacturing of this item. By the way I
am in product developement and engineering - not a novice at this
as some reviewers claim when they read about problems in assembly.it is a great concept ,but poor design.

My daughter had a Bratz Christmas, between myself, her grandparent, and her godmother, you name it, she got it.

This toy (Runway Disco) is fun but the assembly should be somewhat more permanent. I thought it was fairly easy to put together, just wish it stayed together. If my daughter wanted to take out of the house, i would have to place the four larger pieces that do not lock together in a tote bag just to transport it. The side speakers are only held together to the base of the unit by a peg/hole mechanism; the minute you move it, it comes out of the peg. Also, the stairs don't even attach to the unit; they just sit under a slot.

I was also surprised to find that Nerva didn't even come with an extra formal funk outfit (prom dress); though her denim and black/fuschia sparkly outfit is beautiful; right down to her boots.
