It's a factory replacement, with the factory box. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. This carafe fits in the old coffeemaker just like the one I broke. I'll be more careful with this one.

I ordered the wrong size carafe for my coffee pot, but the vendor was EXTREMELY helpful. They even sent me the correct one once I gave them the tracking number of my return. Very good. Would buy from them again!!

I was happy to find this replacement carafe for a fairly old Braun coffee maker. It fits our unit perfectly. We received the item in just a few days and were pleased with the service.

no issues except that Braun continues to make their carafes of very thin glass so beware stacking in the dish drain or haavy handed counter placement.

Coffee pot was replacement for one I broke. Perfect replacement, well packed in manufacturer's box, and received promptly. I was very pleased.

After breaking our Braun coffee pot, and trying several replacements for for the Braun coffee maker, we finally have a match; we're back in working order.

My Braun Flavor Select is still a perfectly good coffeemaker, but a family member broke the carafe. Amazon had the best price I found on a replacement. My Flavor Select is back in business.

This carafe was exactly like the original and works perfectly.
It arrived in excellent condition inside the shipping box in the inner, original packaging shipped from Germany. The only complaint I have was trying to find the correct part number. I went to a different web site to get the correct part number for the item I needed, then searched for it on Amazon, since entering the coffee maker part number showed no search results
