This disc is put into the slot in the back of the coffee maker for storage when not being used. To clean water deposits from the "innerds" just this cleaning disc in place of the T disc that usually provides coffee,tea or hot chocolate.

I removed the water filter and ran water through the cleaning disc 4 times, then let it dry well and stored it in the back until next time. It is very easy to use.

the cleaning disk for the Tassimo works great. No problem. Also promt service.

A few things to note. You only need one of these and once you have it you can keep cleaning your machine over and over again. So, don't order more than one.

If you are cleaning with vinegar make sure to run at least 3 full containers of straight water through after. The vinegar seems to take a long time to leave this system.

This is a very simple piece of plastic. Your Tassimo should have included one and you only need to purchase this if looking for a replacement. You can use this over and over. Essentially it is a place holder for where a T-Disc would go and it has a barcode that instructs your Tassimo on what to do...pump hot water through the system. Again, once you have this disk, it can be used over and over.

Can't have a good cup of coffee with out a clean machine! Works great and is so easy to use.

my original disc disappered.... i bought this one and it works as well as the original one. the color of the disc is yellow, which makes no difference

After moving in April/May, our Tassimo cleaning disc when missing. It was nice to find a replacement on Amazon. Although mine came in yellow instead of the white/clear plastic, but it functions just fine!

its not easy trying to find parts for the Braun Tassimo ....this little bugger got thrown in the trash by accident but this replacement works perfect and we really like the bright yellow color so its easier to keep track of...thanks

I hated to pay $10 for this but it was cheap considering that a friend gave me the Tassimo. I mixed up a batch of Brewrite (save $$ and get it at Walmart) which is amazing stuff for cleaning coffee makers. Add the solution to the reservoir but be careful to stop before any undissolved crystals get into the reservoir. This cleaning process takes a good deal of time because you have to brew individual cups until the solution has gone through the Tassimo. Then you have to run 3 or 4 reservoirs of water to through to thoroughly flush the machine.

The product itself only cost $6.95. I thought since I was ordering other items and spend more than $25.00 overall it would come with the Free Shipping. I did not find out until I got my emailed receipt that I was charged $6.40 for shipping of this product! (Everything else was shipped for free.) And the best yet... it only cost them a $1.20 to ship it! What a joke! Next time I will go somewhere else
