This replacement carafe that has the same part number is very different and requires a totally different lid. It would have been nice it that was mentioned in the description. What is nice is the carafe is much larger than the old one, but again, a new lid is required because it doesn't come with the replacement.

This is the wrong part for my machine. The tank might fit my machine, but without the lid it is usless. I threw it away the day it was delivered. I did save the cartridge.
