Very Good replacement for the original product. It arrived very quickly and was packaged well. The company was very nice to deal with and we would definitely do business with them again.

I am so glad to find this replacement part.
It's hard and almost impossible to by this model now.

I have ordered this item in the past, and it's fine. It lasts about 2 years before the mechanism breaks off that keeps the coffee from continuing to pour into the pot when you are trying to take a cup before it finishes brewing. This is a fair time period to last for an item like this in my estimation.

When my basket on my Braun coffee maker broke after 15 years of service, I tried to locate a new unit. It has been discontinued for some time, as Braun seems to have left the coffee maker market. Small Appliance to the rescue...for $10, the unit works again. I'm delighted.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong model of Braun filter basket...had to return it in exchange for the correct one. The service was very efficient and friendly!

The basket on my Braun had broken and I was investigating new coffee makers and soon realized that the one I had, though no longer made, was one of the best. A little research later and I found this replacement basket and now I don't have to spend more money on some inferior coffee maker that I didn't want in the first place.
