The 31S Series 3 does not fit the Braun 370cc model even though Amazon's product description says it does.

It fit perfectly well into my 3-year old 5000 series shaver. It looks a little different, but it's still nice. Very smooth on the skin compared to my old foil (may have just been worn out). The cutter is exactly the same.

The replacement blade and foil is easy to put in, but I was expecting some kind of dramatic increase in it's ability to give a clean shave, and it wasn't that big a difference

The product works well and the shipment arrived in good time and order. It would be great if Braun were to sell the foil separately since it seems to fail at a faster rate than the more expensive cutter.

This item does not fit a 5790 shaver. Why does it come up for a search formerly 5000/6000 shavers it is a lie. so I spent 22 dollars on a worthless parts and the cutter ruined my foil so I have to buy new parts.

Several others have mentioned this, so obviously no one at Amazon reads these or takes action when buyers return this item. Braun should get most of the blame for calling this "series 3." I have a 390cc with the words "Series 3" stamped right on the razor. I'm normally a big fan of Amazon, but not today.

Not sure why these are so high priced. They work good, but man they cost too much. I'm just glad that Amazon had it because Walmart didn't.

I used to swear by Braun electric razors. My most recent, a top of the line of the 5000 series, was wonderful when I got it. The first replacement blade/foil set was also wonderful. But the last set was awful, and the set I just got is even worse. I replaced a year old blade/foil set, and the new set is actually WORSE than the year old set. I think Braun downgraded components in their replacement head sets, and someone there should think about this very carefully... The result is NOT that I decide to go buy a new Braun, hoping it'll be better. The result is that have just bought a Panasonic to replace it, having bought a Panasonic two years ago to replace a Braun that had been my travel razor... and the Panasonic shaves better, even two years later (I travel about half the time, so the Braun and Panasonic get equal numbers of days of use) where after a year, the Braun's yanking and pulling and dull.

Basically, the poor quality and performance of the replacement kit motivated me to dump the Braun. Selling me a razor with one set of characteristics that you then don't sell in the replacements is just another form of bait and switch.

Since there are mixed reviews on this replacement pack (31S), I initially bought only one pack to see if it would fit my Braun model 5770 shaver.
I later bought another pack for my second Braun shaver (also model 5770).

This is NOT the right foil for the Braun 370cc. The product description is wrong. If you have the 370cc be sure to order the 32s foil.
