lots of playtime,

This was a great toy. The coffee maker makes coffee maker noises and the kids serve me coffee. The hand mixer really turns and the kids made all kinds of play soup with it. The prongs of the mixer are very bendy and also stop when little fingers examine them, so it seems quite safe. We got a year of hard play out of the hand mixer before the prongs wouldn't turn any more, but they loved it so much that I am going to buy another one this year.

We bought this for our 5 year old daughter. She loves it - especially the hand mixer. We are amazed at how safe it is. It works like a hand mixer but a child can put their fingers in the beaters while they are spinning. The beaters stop but don't hurt the child's fingers at all! I thought that she might be disappointed in the lack of color in these toys but she doesn't seem to mind. She uses all of the utensils and loves the coffee maker as well. They are used a lot in her play kitchen.
