We were very disappointed with this style trampoline enclosure. As it only attaches to 4 of the eight legs, it essentially reduces your round trampoline to a much smaller square. We were constantly trying to find ways to pull it away from the jumping area as it sort of "caves in". We finally gave up and purchased a new one that attaches on the OUTSIDE of the poles that attach to all eight legs.

We love this trampoline enclosure and it has six attachments and does not cave in at all, in fact we bought this one because it goes completely around the trampoline and you lose no space. The other review is not this enclosure. It has saved my daughter plenty of times and it lets our dog safely chase her around on the trampoline. Buy it!

Our enclosure attaches at 6 points on the legs and does not interfere with trampoline use at all. Nice quality and installs easily. Adds peace of mind to a very active and fun toy.

We received this trampoline as a gift during the Spring of 2009. We separately purchased the trampoline enclosure manufactured by this same company to fit this exact trampoline. Neither product made it past three months of use. After one month's use, the material surrounding the zipper ripped and made the zipper unusable. Two month later, every single strap on the enclosure attached to the poles completely ripped off. The material used to secure the poles has completely disintegrated and falls apart in my hands. The quality of material used to construct this trampoline is very low quality and disintegrates at the slightest hint of moisture or sunshine.

The other reason to not buy from Airzone/Bravo is their customer service department is HORRIFIC! Easily the worst I have ever dealt with. I called them immediately after experiencing problems and they told me the weather was to blame. There's no way the weather would have eaten away at my trampoline that quickly. I could hear the customer service rep typing away in the background even though she was not taking any of my information. I highly suspect she was chatting with friends while taking my call. She was so unintentive that she wouldn't even properly answer my questions. I asked to speak to her supervisor and dealt with more of the same.

In conclusion, I am glad this trampoline was given to us as a gift. My financial loss is only for the $150 enclosure. Had I paid full price and had this experience, I would have been very, very unhappy. So for those of you researching this company, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Your money will be better spent elsewhere.

Save your time and just put your money in the trash. Terrible quality. Terrible customer support. Had to wait all day for call back from customer support and was then told the agent I had talked with was not working that day and nothing could be done till she came in the next day. when I asked for a supervisor I was told I was speaking with one. When I expressed my frustration I was told the other agent seems to have "messed up my warrantee" submission, but again "nothing can be done till she comes in tomorrow"!!??!! Finally I was told that the replacement pieces were "likely backordered from China and who knows when they will arrive." Again I say; save you gas and time and just put $[...] in the trash.

Avoid this manufacturer at all costs!

This is a good value and does the job but the fit was not accurate.

I was looking for a trampoline and I kept looking around for the encloser trampolines. I purchased the 13 foot trampoline encloser but I didn't realize that the trampoline came separate. I have the encloser kit witch I spent $70.00 on and no trampoline. When I looked on the internet I never saw that the tramponine was separate and it wasn't clearly explained that it was just the encloser part. I also found out that the size of the trampone is not standard, therefore, in order to utilize the encloser kit, I have to spend another $110.00 for shipping on top of the shipping it cost me for the cover and the encloser kit. I am really upset that this is costing a large amount of money just because they didn't specifically say that the encloser kit needed the trampoline. Bevery careful, it is not every day that you go out and buy a trampoline and the encloser kits are totaly separate. I am very disapointed.
