It took me a while to figure out how to position these, but once I got them in the right place they worked well. They do mold to fit your cup size. The best way to put the Braza Au Natural gel pads on is to lean forward and let your breasts fall into them like you would with a bra, and then press down on the edges all the way around. Drawbacks: on the Au Natural Braza style, the silicone is a little too firm to feel natural... also, if you wear a small bra size they end up covering a lot of area. I'm a 32AA and the edges of these stick out of most of my bras. Still, Braza bra accessories are a great value. Overall I am pleased.

I love these! It's the next best thing to implants. I am small breasted and need a boost, these give me a little cleavage and just the right amount of boost where I still look proportionate to my body ( I am rather small and too much on top would be more top heavy) These are excellent!

Because of the title, I assumed these inserts would work with a swimming suit. However, this product does not work well with a swimsuit! They don't cling to you or stay in place at all. If wearing them under a sturdy bra with normal clothes then they work great. They just aren't for swimsuits.

They are thin and just what I needed for a size up. They are so light that I forgot they were in. Also, they don't slip.

These do not stick to you and are very thick. Not what I expected, I returned them. Also be aware you can only return them within 7 days for a refund.

In short, they make me look cone shaped, they slide around, are heavy and do NOT go in a swimsuit. Unusable...and they have a 7 day return policy which I would never have expected....expensive mistake...

Well Maybe I am just too large chested for these, but i ordered them because they said full coverage. They only cover half of my breast and normally I wear a D cup. These would be better for someone really small. They make my boobies look kinda pointy, and it only looks right placing them over the nipple versus under for pushup. They are ok and do what they say they will and arrived super fast!
