Forget Perki and go for the "Dolly" model! It's tempting to buy Perki because they are cheaper, but I found this shape unacceptable. Dolly, however, is perfect.

bra insert not for bigger women,

These inserts do not work for larger, non-firm breasted women who do not wear rock hard bras. The inserts pushed out the bottom/sides of my bras and caused the breast to be misshappen. I was looking to lift up the breast not enhance size and this did NOT work.
