If You Only Have One Album of Brazilian Music..., June 20, 2011

So I 1st heard this while working in a record store in Santa Cruz California and it's been one the most important albums that I've ever bought. It opened my up to a whole new range of musical possibilities. Now that I have an internet radio on [...] (Banjo Handtowel's Magic Puppet Show. Every Saturday from 10 -noon) I find myself playing it even more. The variety of sound is just incredible and really helps when I'm trying to make an upbeat and eclectic. Do your self a favor and pick it up. Also the other album that he has released on the Luaka Bop are also top shelf, so pick those up too.

Tom Ze is a genius., March 28, 2010

I listened to this record when is first came out and it blew me away. Tom Ze is an original artist. I highly recommend him.
