Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Brazil: The Earth Greenery (Exploring Countries of the World) (Hardcover)
I bought this book to supplement a presentation I gave to my son's class at school, and was very pleased with it. It is full of gorgeous full color photos of all the regions and peoples of Brazil. It is also sectioned by region with a nice write-up for each area that goes beyond just what a tourist might experience.

There are a few photos that some might feel are unsuitable for children - topless Amazon Indians, girls in bikinis in Rio - but I didn't hesitate to show it to my son's class. After all, those photos are accurate portrayals of certain parts of Brazil.

I have several books on Brazil, having lived there for years, but this quickly became one of my favorites. And, for $9.95 and free Super Saving shipping, it was an excellent deal!
