Mary Fettig has been performing mainly Brazilian Jazz along with other Brazilian musicians for a good while, and this her solo 2008 album features masterfully that; Jazz with Brazilian concepts; a very enjoyable album with good taste and good rhythmic elements; from ballads to up-beat tunes, Mary delivers a great recording.The Group: - Mary Fettig / Flute, Saxes - Marcos Silva / Piano, Keyboards, Compositions, Arrangements, Percussions - Claudia Villela / Vocals - Michael Spiro / Percussions - Chico Pinheiro / Guitars - Scott Thompson / Bass the only big name missing here (from the time of Marcos Silva & Intersection group) is guitarist Ricardo Peixoto.
